In accordance with Article IV. Section 8. Elections of the ARMA New Jersey Bylaws, the Board is pleased to present you with a list of nominees for the 2021/2022 Board of Directors positions.
Position 2021/2022 Ballot
- President: Jacki Cheslow
- Executive Vice President: Lori Green
- VP Professional Development: OPEN
- VP Membership: Dana Van Deusen
- VP Technology & Special Projects: Seth Beim
- VP Sponsorship: Jessica Brown
- Treasurer: Pauline Drummond
- Secretary: Angel Ramos
The VP Professional Development position remains open and nominees are actively being sought. If no nominations are received that position will remain open for 2021/2022 and the responsibilities of that role supported by the Board of Directors.
Additional nominations from the members are invited for any or all these positions. Nominations should be submitted to President, Anne Marie Philips ([email protected]), no later than May 7, 2021.
As defined in the Chapter's bylaws, if no further nominations are received, “the candidates named above “shall be voted into office by acclamation and shall assume office as defined in the Bylaws.” If, however, a qualified candidate is nominated by the membership a ballot will be distributed for the contested position(s) to the membership no later than May 15, 2021. All votes cast by the membership and must be received by Board Secretary no later than 11:59 pm on May 31, 2021.
The new Board of Directors will be announced to the membership by June 30, 2021.
