Plan on joining us for a special joint meeting with the NJ Corporate Compliance Roundtable. Our members and guests are gathering for a great evening of networking and an excellent RIM educational presentation at a favorite location, Honeywell International's Learning Center in Morristown, NJ. This meeting is not one to be missed.

About the Presentation

We know that the appropriate preservation and management of company records is vital to protecting an organization’s confidential information and ensuring its compliance with the law. However, sometimes the task is easier said than done, especially when it comes to electronic data, which can sometimes seem a bit overwhelming. This program will focus on ways companies can effectively manage their electronic records, not only on a daily basis, but also when faced with a government investigation or lawsuit. The program will include a panel and open discussion, lead by Jessica M. Wilde  and Christopher M. Santomassimo of Nicoll Davis & Spinella LLP and Larry Samilow of Update Legal.
