Volunteers Needed

Make a difference at INFORM 2022 by being a volunteer! ARMA NJ's INFORM conference has always relied on volunteers who selflessly give their time to make the event a success. Your colleagues volunteer to network and connect with people like you. And to show our appreciation, those who volunteer a minimum of 8 hours before and during the conference will get a discounted rate of $65 on the INFORM22 conference rate. Consider volunteering and join your ARMA New Jersey chapter colleagues today!

We will once again be back on the beautiful Princeton University Campus in the Friend Center. 

If not arriving from the Nassau Inn hotel, Princeton University offers free visitor parking at Lot 21 ( see Princeton University map). There is also free parking on some local streets further away from the Friend Center.

Attendees may choose to park in metered parking locations closer to the Friend Center conference location along Olden Street and other nearby streets. You can also find public parking options in downtown Princeton closer to the Nassau Inn and 5-10 minutes from Friend Center. This map illustrates metered parking options in the nearby area. Please know that local police are very strict with enforcing the metered parking two-hour time limits. If you think you may park in a metered spot, you may want to download the Park Princeton app available in App Store or Google Play.  Otherwise please be sure to bring enough coins.

Accommodations

A block of rooms has been reserved at the Nassau Inn, 10 Palmer Square, Princeton at a reduced room rate of $159.00 single/double occupancy per night plus applicable taxes. To secure a reservation,  call (609) 921-7500 and reference booking ID# 27286. The cutoff date to receive this discounted rate is May 14 or once the group block is full, whichever comes first. Confirmation of rooms after the cut-off date will only be accepted based on availability and at the Hotel’s prevailing rates. 

Meals

Your registration fee includes a catered breakfast, lunch, and afternoon snacks to keep you energized throughout the day.


NETWORKING OPPORTUNITIES

Cocktail/Networking Event

Unwind at the end of the day in the Louis A. Simpson International Building atrium to enjoy complimentary drinks, appetizers, and networking with your colleagues, all without having to leave the campus.  We’ll bring the reception to you!

Expo Area

ARMA New Jersey’s INFORM22 would not be possible without the support of our dedicated Business Partners.  Before during and after the educational sessions visit the expo area and meet with knowledgeable and helpful vendors in IG/RIM to get new ideas, learn about potential solutions, or just be inspired.

 


CONTINUING EDUCATION CREDITS

  • ICRM Pre-approved for 6 credit hours
  • IGP Pre-approved for 7 credit hours
  • IAPP Pre-approved for 1 cred per hour, up to 6 hours

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

COVID-19 Policy. We are monitoring the current outbreak of Coronavirus (COVID-19) very closely.
The safety and health of our attendees are our top priority. Each event is being evaluated on a case-by-case basis.  To the extent that we cancel an event, or transition it to a Virtual Conference, the individual conference page will be updated, and registered attendees, speakers, sponsors, and exhibitors would be notified by e-mail.

In-person activities on the Princeton University campus will be conducted in accordance with Princeton Universities COVID-19 Policies, which may be updated from time to time as the University responds to changing regulations and other factors determining the response to the pandemic.  See, https://covid.princeton.edu/

Registration Fees. Are as listed and considered net of any local withholding taxes applicable in your country of residence.  

Tax Deductibility. All expenses incurred to maintain or improve skills in your profession may be tax deductible, including tuition, travel, lodging, and meals. Please consult your tax advisor. 

Registration Payment Terms. Checks are payable to ARMA NJ. Credit cards accepted: MasterCard, Visa, or Discover.

Cancellation Policy. 

No refunds will be given for cancellations. If you need to cancel your participation, your request must be submitted by email to [email protected]. A conference credit will be issued for all registration fees paid (minus any cancellation fee) and will expire 12 months from the date of the original canceled event. Conference credits will not be issued if you do not attend the event and have not requested cancellation prior to the event start date. Conference credits may be applied toward any ARMA NJ event, service, or product. If a conference credit is applied toward an event, the event must take place prior to the credit’s expiration date. Alternatively, you may choose to send a substitute attendee in your place. Substitution requests must be submitted by email to [email protected].
