Building Awareness: Creatively Branding and Marketing Your RIM Program
Whether you’re just getting started or have an established program in place, there are times you may struggle to get employees engaged in your RIM Program. This interactive panel discussion will provide you with practical suggestions and ideas to garner support for a RIM branding program; share tips on how best to communicate with employees; and even who, what and when to train. Listen to real life advice on the relationships you need to foster to support a successful training program.

Lori Green, Sr. Corporate Records Manager – Celgene, Inc.
Lori Green, Sr. Corporate Records Manager for Celgene Inc. a global biopharmaceutical company has over 29 years’ industry experience in Records and Information Management. Lori manages Records Management program with additional corporate headquarters in Boudry, Switzerland.
Prior to managing the Records Management program at Celgene Lori lead the Global Records Management program for the McGraw Hill Education company. Lori’s career in Records and Information Management began while working for Johnson & Johnson and her experience included various Records Management positions under the direction of the Lifecycle Management department.
Lori has been an ARMA International member for 20 plus years. She is the current ARMA New Jersey Executive Vice President and has held many positions on the local ARMA New Jersey chapter including
a past Presidency. As an AIIM Electronic Records Management Practitioner and a SharePoint for Records Management Practitioner, Lori recognizes the need in all industries for experienced leaders in RIM and Information Governance.
Lori attended Rutgers University majoring in Communications and additionally attended Rowan College enrolled in the Health Information Management program.
Ilana Lutman, Senior Consultant, Information Governance and eDiscovery-Data Management Solutions - Deloitte Transactions and Business Analytics LLP
Ilana brings more than 20 years of experience as an information professional in government, corporate, industry and nonprofit sectors. Having worked in a variety of roles across the information management spectrum, she is dedicated to driving organizations to be in control of their information assets, and ensuring that clients have access to the right information at the right time at the lowest cost to maximize workplace productivity. To this end, she refers to her experience in records management, discovery, litigation support, legal operations, cloud risk evaluation, data privacy and building bridges across disciplines.
In June 2019, Ilana joined Deloitte in the Information Governance and eDiscovery practice. Previously, she worked at Daimler North America Corporation and Mercedes-Benz USA as Information Governance Specialist and at the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation as Records Manager. She has also worked as a lead project archivist at the College of Staten Island and library associate at Roselle Public Library. In her native Australia, Ilana worked as an archivist in state and local government. In Israel, Ilana worked at Partner Communications (mobile network operator formerly Orange brand) as the corporate Information Specialist.
Ilana holds a Masters in Library and Information Science from Rutgers University, a BA Honors in History and a Graduate Diploma in Information Management and Archives Administration from the University of New South Wales, Sydney, Australia. She attained the Certified Records Manager (CRM) designation and completed AIIM courses in electronic records management. Most recently she became a CIPP/US – Certified Information Privacy Professional/US.
Currently, Ilana is an Advisor on the ARMA North East Regional Committee and is a past president of the NJ Chapter. She is also a facilitator for Information Governance as part of the online Records Management Course at Rutgers University.
Dana Van Deusen - Enterprise Records Management & IT Document Administration at Merck
Dana van Deusen works for over 20 years at Merck, Inc., the last 8 years as Associate Director of Records & Information Management & Document Administration supporting Enterprise Records Management & IT. She earned a BA, Biological Sciences and a MCIS, Communication & Information Studies, both from Rutgers University. She has been a member of ARMA NJ for almost 7 years.

BJ Johnson, Director Digital Solutions – Access
BJ Johnson is Director of Digital Solutions at Access where he oversees a team of solutions engineers and manages channel partner relationships. He is an ARMA NJ board member and has worked in the information management industry for over 17 years. He works with organizations, and especially HR teams, to implement technology solutions that improve business processes, compliance and security.
